Directions for Best Results:
Step 1) Start at your feet and brush up your legs in long, even strokes.
Step 2) Brush each section of your skin 5 to 10 times brushing upward and inward toward your heart.

Step 4) For your stomach and armpits, brush in a circular clockwise motion.
