Zipp claims that borrowing shape and design from the 202 gives the 30 Course better stability in crosswinds than other rims of similar depth. Its wide stance easily accommodates a range of tire widths to accommodate different riding styles and surfaces. The wider rim also gives tires a solid platform to increase stability by reducing the side bulge effect found in tires mounted to narrower rims. You'll zoom across the course with confidence that these wheels will carve through grassy switchbacks with ease and propel you to the next set of barriers.
