Please check the width of your receiver tube. Standard 2 inch receivers are exactly 2 inches wide (inside) with 1/4in thick tubing walls. If your vehicle is standard this 1480KA receiver lock will fit. However there are receiver tubes that have extra thick walls. Some of the trucks with heavy duty tow packages and other trucks come standard with "doubler plates" welded onto the sides of the tube. If that is the case with your truck you will need the longer shaft 1469KA receiver lock that measures 3-1/2 long. You may request the longer lock via a message to seller after the transaction. We will acknowledge your request so you can be sure your message is received. LATCH PADLOCK FEATURES: This lock is NOT recommended for all 2-5/16 couplers. It works GREAT on 1-7/8 and 2". The 37 latch lock will not fit some 2-5/16 couplers. If the latch is recessed on top of the coupler it's difficult to insert, or if the latch is wider than 3/4 the lock won't close properly.
