UV Stable Crystal Clear Table Top System is a high performance two component Clear epoxy system designed for Table Tops, Bars, Wood finishes, See-Through Encapsulations, Art work, and other applications requiring a clear, strong, plastic coating specifically designed to resist Yellowing caused by the sun and other Ultra Violet light sources. The material has an easy to use 1 to 1 by volume mix ratio, wets out substrates well, maintains its integrity over sharp corners, it has excellent air release qualities, and a relatively fast set time for an epoxy coating which may be accelerated by mild heat to 160F. While this material will do much better then competitors products for non yellowing we still do not recommend it for permanent outdoor applications.

FAQ
Q: How much does a 2 gallon cover?
A: As a rule of thumb, a 2 gallon kit covers 24 sq ft with an 1/8" coating. This just an approximation. The exact amounts vary from project to project based on a number of factors (surface material, application type, etc).
Q: How do I apply? Does it degas by itself or do I have to torch out the bubbles?
A: See the MAS Table Top Pro Epoxy Application tutorial video on YouTube if interested. Similar to other epoxy resins, TT Pro does not de-gas by itself. Once the epoxy resin is poured onto a surface, air bubbles will start to rise up and you will need to apply heat to disperse them about 15 minutes after pouring. We recommend using a heat gun or propane blow torch.
Q: Can I use this product on outdoor furniture? What can you tell me about UV resistance?
A: Yes, MAS Table Top Pro can be used for exterior projects and furniture, but, generally speaking, epoxy resin (all brands despite any marketing claims) tends to yellow & may chalk when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time, which is why we recommend protecting epoxies with a UV protectant varnish or paint for outdoor use. Marine grade polyurethane varnishes like Bristol Finish UV Clear, with enhanced UV protection additives, offer improved UV stability & abrasion resistance over "off the shelf" spar varnishes available at your local hardware store.

ProGlass 1000 Bar Table Top 1:1 Epoxy Resin Coating - 1 Gallon Kit1000 is an extremely clear, tough, high gloss epoxy coating formulated to produce a deep glass like appearance in a single layer on a sealed surface. Typically used in Table Top applications. Two or more layers are often applied for added depth and protection. 1000 has an extended "open time" which allows up to 50 minutes in the mixing container at 70 F and up to one hour working time on the surface being coated. Handling & Storage
All epoxy Resin/ Curing Agents, should be kept in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry place. Product will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide which may affect viscosity or create foaming when reacted with Resin/Curing Agents. This product will have a minimum shelf life of one year if properly stored in unopened containers. To ensure maximum stability and maintain optimum resin properties, resins should be stored in closed containers at temperatures below 75F and away from heat sources and sunlight. All storage areas and containers should conform to local fire and building codes. Inventory levels should be kept to a reasonable min with first-in, first-out stock rotation.

For most applications, Primaloc is applied in two stages, the Seal Coat stage and the Flood Coat stage.
Seal Coat: The seal coat is a small batch of epoxy that is brushed on in a thin layer to seal any pores in the surface and prevent air bubbles from forming in the following flood coat. Our epoxy is used for both the seal coat and the flood coat. This stage is followed by the flood coat, which is poured on and self levels to 1/8".
Flood Coat: A flood coat is simply poured on the surface and it self-levels to 1/8". Additional Flood coats can be applied every 4 hours to cover thicker embedded objects.
Edges: When pouring over the Sides and Edges of a table, counter, or bar top, make sure that you purchase extra material to account for spillage. You will lose about 25% of material coating them.
