1. Dynamic - by moving the cup in circular, up and down or zig-zag motion. 2. Static - keeping cup(s) in one place. 3. Flush Cupping - squeeze and release, repeat.
To facilitate smooth movement of the cup, apply oil to dry skin or use on wet skin with soap or body wash in the shower. Place cup on the area you intend to cup or massage, squeeze the cup on the sides and release to create suction. You can control the degree or intensity of suction by simply squeezing the cups more or less. Increase the intensity of vacuum suction gradually to avoid severe discomfort.
