If you are connecting the HDMI converter to an older TV with a 4:3 (square) aspect ratio, we recommend setting the stick to 4:3 in the settings menu. If you do not see the 4:3 option in your streaming stick, please contact us for instructions on how to edit the settings.
This converter does NOT support 4k HDMI signal input. If you are using some latest source devices with HDMI 4K output(such as Roku Streaming Stick+, Roku Premiere+, Amazon All-new Fire TV, PS4 Pro, Xbox One S, Roku Ultra, etc), you MUST change the output resolution of your device to 1920*1080P or other lower resolution output. Otherwise, this converter will not work for you.
